I would like to give a great shout out to Justine, at Perfection Laboratory. She does an amazing job with my lashes, and is the epitome of professionalism! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great lash technician! I wrote this review because I won’t be able to continue coming to your salon, and I don’t want anyone to think it’s because I’m not happy with Justine. She is great! I got a light classic set of top lashes. I'm very happy with them. The woman at the desk was really nice & the tech was very competent. They did give me some instructions & a lash brush, but didn't tell me to keep them dry the first 24 to 36 hours or to avoid hot water from showering & how to keep them clean. I read those things after showering. Luckily, they seem to be ok anyway, it's been 4 days.
I had a wonderful experience with Anna, she was incredibly kind, patient, and precise. She made sure I felt comfortable, and we had a few good laughs. The environment is very clean and luxurious. I will be coming back and I highly recommend others try it!
