Jim was an awesome inspector. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to do a thorough, detailed, and complete inspection on the purchase house. He also completed a radon and pest inspection. He found key critical items involving plumbing, sewer, and water issues that if unchecked would have caused serious damage to the house. Highly recommend Jim with Perfection Inspection. He inspected a 1947 stick built home. He was up on the roof, in the attic and under the house crawling from side to side checking pipes, foundation, insulation, paint, electrical and much much more. He was kind, knowledgeable and ready to answer questions. Also he was quick to turn around the report and invoice. He left us feeling good about the older house.
Jim was very thorough and gave us information to make a decision. He also explained that there were things while workable could be changed on the future.
