Jim was recommended by the realtor and I called first to talk to him. During the conversation I was able to determine that he was professional, caring, and technically capable. I asked if I could observe the inspection and he encouraged it. During the inspection I gained knowledge not only about the property I was buying, but current code updates, home maintenance practices and information on possible upgrades we were considering. Jim is an amazing inspector and probably saved me from purchasing a home with tens of thousands of dollars in repairs, he did a fantastic job and was extremely clear and concise with his explanations throughout the inspection process. I can't recommend him enough and I think that anyone that needs a quality inspection should reach out to him. Perfection Inspection did an amazing job of inspecting my house. Jim was thorough, informative, and friendly. His report was detailed and easy to understand. Photos and diagrams further helped illustrate the problem areas. I felt like I learned a lot because Jim took the time to explain and educate me about the house.
