I had Perfection install a furnace 3 years ago in my house. Two nights ago it stopped working do to a bad part from the manufacturer. I called a different company (bad choice) to come fix it but needed to contact Perfection to find some Warranty information. The woman I spoke with was very helpful and found the information I needed. Then said that because Perfection stands by their products they would order the part and come out to install it for free.
