We used Perfection to install a $75k geothermal heating and cooling system in the fall of 2018. At that time, they told us that we would be able to receive an almost $11k rebate on the work from *******, which they would file on our behalf and manufacture back to us. It is now July of 2020 and not only have they stolen our money, they will not return any of our phone calls on this matter. As a result, we have had to engage with lawyers. Avoid working with this unethical company at all costs!!!!
