The exact same thing that Conyers, GA posted happened to my family member. She also recommended doing a procedure that wasn’t necessary.. now my family member is in pain and having to pay quite a bit of money out of pocket...All of this right around the holidays. Dr. Bolen was extremely rude and unprofessional about the whole situation... steer clear!!!
I have been seeing Dr. Bolen for at least 9 years. She's great! I was recommended to her by a colleague. When I got married and my husband moved to ATL, I of course had him start going to her as well. She's professional and kind. Best of all, IF you have any procedures you need done besides cleaning, she has a TV on the ceiling so you can watch your favorite movie while she works on your cavity, etc. I highly recommend her!
Dr. Bolen helps me not be so scared about the dentist. She knows I am really nervous about big procedures and takes the time to numb with all the way with no pain. Thank God for her and her team because I have lots of root canals and fillings and she always fits me into her schedule and make me feel like a priority too.
Dr. Bolen and her staff are professional & customer service focused. They are upfront about pricing and work with the patient to put together treatment plans that are affordable and effective. I used to be terrified of the dentist, but after ten years and two root canals with Dr. Bolen, I go confidently to her appointments. She really takes her time with all her cases to ensure they are numb and feel safe and relaxed. Plus the movies during procedure make it a lot more relaxing.
went to dr.bolen for a crown and she was rude to staff and impatient with me when the new crown wasn't feeling right.she rushed through an important procedure and i have had pain since.horrible experience.will steer poeple away from this dentist.
