Matt from PerfecTemp was outstanding. He quickly repaired my AC unit at a price that made me feel I was taking advantage of him. On his way out, he noticed a large box on my front stairs that said, "heavy" and offered to help me move it to where it needed to go. The friendly, knowledgeable, and exemplary customer service I received from PerfecTemp was second to none.

Matt and his team at Perfect Temp was able to repair my older boiler saving me thousands of dollars. He even fixed incorrectly installed parts from previous companies work. I would definitely have him back for any needs and now have him on contract to be my heating g and air service provider. He kept me in the loop every step of the way offering alternatives and documented all aspects of his work. Should get 6 stars.

Called PerfectTemp first thing in the morning and Matt stopped by to check out the problem a hour later. Problem was fixed and AC back to work. I highly recommend the maintenance plan as you are a priority customer. Thank you!
