I had never used Perfect Weather AC before, but after today, I won’t use anyone else. I could not be happier with the professionalism that the technician, Noel showed. He diagnosed the issue we were having, effectively explained the problem to us, and fixed the issue quickly. Also, he was very cautious in that he did not want to overcharge us, and wanted to make fully sure that we knew the cost associated with every aspect of what services he was going to perform. Thr technician arrived during the promised time. He quickly diagnosed the problem, but did not have the proper part with him. He had the smarts to be able to bypass the issue so that we could have A/C until the new part arrived. The new part was installed the next day, and the A/C is working fine.
Would recommend them anytime!
