After only a month I've lost both inches and pounds. My mindset has changed, I'm feeling stronger each day. Setting realistic goals, exercise and healthy eating are the ticket. I love the encouragement from those who work out and owner/trainer Jennifer. The workouts target the entire body. Come with a buddy.
