Working out at Perfect Union means being surrounded by amazing staff, encouraging fellow clients and an environment that feels safe. I can’t imagine ever going anywhere else!

Perfect Union has got you covered, no matter who you are, or what your health goals entail. Jennifer and her team are equipped to get you moving, get you moving again, get you up and moving, or just simply get you up. They offer modifications with every exercise, and they offer as little or as much physical, emotional, and/or nutritional support that you need. If you are thinking about making a change , you cannot beat Perfect Union to help you.
Great place to get a great workout! We train with Tyler Stow and he is awesome! Clean and spacious gym without all the hype!
I've been working out with Jennifer for a few years now. It's a very comfortable and supportive setting in which to work out and stay healthy. I've never been able to stick with a workout regime before joining Perfect Union. Now it's a part of life I look forward to, and I've managed to lose 25+ pounds and I feel better than ever! I can't thank Jennifer, Perfect Union and all of the instructors enough!
