I understand the original owner sold PTS and now it is closed....sad. They were so good.
Could not reach them by phone. So I drove to their place of business. Discovered the office closed up and empty with 10 service vehicles parked in front of the business in the middle of the day. Found out from a friend they went out of business and have filed for bankruptcy.
The heat pump wasn't working at all on my unit. Ramon was my service guy and he was very knowledgeable and professional. He had to do miscellaneous wiring on thermostat, outdoor unit and indoor fan coil to ensure heat pump system was working properly. Prior to this the heat strips were the only heat source when the unit was in heat mode. After repairs I could immediately feel the improvement the heat pump made...
