Perfect Temp is the best HVAC company I have ever worked with. Perfect Temp was contracted through our geothermal drilling company to install a backup hot water heater and some additional HVAC and electrical work in December 2020. Just last night the hot water heater they installed started leaking water all over our mechanical room. The water heater had rusted out from the top and the bottom. After having a new plumber come in today to install a new water heater, we learned that Perfect Temp installed the wrong fixtures for the ingress water lines, which caused the upper leak. We were able to get service on a cold weekend for our GEOthermal unit. Lucky for us it was not a large problem. Our tech was friendly, easy to work with & efficient. We appreciate the great service we always get with Perfect Temp.
