Our thermostat quit working correctly after 13 years. So we called and had someone here to fix the problem in less that two days. I told them, it wasn't an emergency. The technician was professional and knowledgable. Very happy with the service and new thermostat.

Perfect Temp was contracted through our geothermal drilling company to install a backup hot water heater and some additional HVAC and electrical work in December 2020. Just last night the hot water heater they installed started leaking water all over our mechanical room. The water heater had rusted out from the top and the bottom. After having a new plumber come in today to install a new water heater, we learned that Perfect Temp installed the wrong fixtures for the ingress water lines, which caused the upper leak.
