I love this Perfect Teeth I have been going here for 15+ years. Dr. Caldwell is by far the best dentist I have ever had. The staff is amazing and caring.

Absolute nightmare!! Constitution location double charged me for a service and insurance paid for 1. Office can see where the mistake was. Still getting last notice bills and phone calls. When you finally get in touch with someone, they say they will call you back. That never happens! It’s difficult to always go over to the office but that seems to be the only time you can speak with someone. If payment is sent to collections, that will impact credit score. Very frustrating dealing with this office.

Continuous staff turn around for the past two years. If you like surprises, secure an appointment months in advance and wait for them to call you just days before your appointment to let you know that the adequate staff that you need to be seen won't be available.

Staff so sweet polite Dr is super gentle super nice everyone was great and patient I would recommend this dentist to anyone they have made such progress on my mouth I love his right hand woman they go the extra mile

Best hygienist I’ve ever had. She was so professional and talked to me like I was a real person that's been working on my problem areas and been successful. I was concerned. I’ve been a patient for over 10 years and didn’t recognize one person in the office. They didn’t know me and had no clue about my history. I’m very concerned that when I bring my wife in that they will know nothing about her health or disabilities as she needs special care.
