Staff were very friendly and treated me like an actual human being instead of just the number for the first time was very pleased with the knowledge and professional services they render
Do NOT go to this office! The dentist was nice and knowledgeable but everything else was subpar. First, the office is dirty and gross. Secondly, I have never in my life had to make a second appointment to come back for a cleaning after the exam. The only option was a midday the following week or not for 5 months! This would mean that I would've had to take 2 days off of work for the dentist. Then, they completed and billed a set of imaging that was more than my annual coverage. This is the worst dental office ever. They schedule our appointments and don't bother to tell us that they're going to only do X Rays, and we're going have to come back for a second visit for teeth cleaning but no one is available for 2 months. They never disclose that in advance. Who wants to go to two different appointments? Then, after waiting for the months to get the teeth cleaned, they cancel your appointment.Terrible service. I highly recommend not using this facility..
I have several dental anxiety and the Dentist and all of the staff there made me feel very comfortable and cared for.
Had been going to this location for 6 years. It was great at first, never felt like unnecessary things recommended or other issues. Then it got bought out and things went downhill but not terrible. Got bought out/merged again and went into the garbage. Have had 3 separate times when I've made appointments for cleanes and a day are two before I was supposed to go in, the hygienist quit.
