The office staff is awful. I showed up for an appointment and waited 10 minutes to be told the hygienist was sick and had to come back the next day. I returned the next day and asked to make sure they were wearing a mask during my treatment. The two at the front desk laughed at me. They didn't update my insurance and tried to charge me $1900. RUN!!!!

I would strongly recommend AGAINST Dr. Antczak. He was extremely rude from the moment he walked into the room where I was waiting to be seen. He introduced himself and said "I guess I'm going to look at you today". He was very harsh with with nurse and made condescending remarks about me as if I was not there. He barely looked at my x-rays and looked in my mouth for less than 10 seconds before telling me that I needed two root canals and stomped out. Luckily I got a second opinion and did not need the root canals after all.

Made nuisance referral. Suggested that the benign papilloma-like abnormality on the ventral right side of my tongue was perhaps due an oral surgeon's tool during a prior recent visit. Said it was news to me. Since he had insisted on a PCP authorization for Motrin and Amoxycillin, he must have known that the referral was comparatively frivolous. Yet, as though his own life hung in the balance, he raged on his staff until I agreed to see the oral surgeon. Scary.

Went in today as a new patient. Dr. Conrad suggested $4,000 in dental care mind you I see a dentist biannually (insurance change). Dr. Conrad told me the other dentists I have seen in the past don't know what they are doing. I also had to pay an automatic $10 fee for PPE "to protect my safety". I was under the impression I would be getting my teeth cleaned and that didn't happen. I would never go back here they do not care about their patients. All they want is money. Office is a joke.

I went to this office because it was close to my house. I needed a broken tooth extracted and they said over the phone they could do that. They even got me in the same day which was amazing. But after x-rays, the Dr. Conrad said the he could extract but refused to and said he would have to refer me to an oral surgeon because extraction was barbaric and he could save the teeth. I would give Dr. Conrad 0 stars if possible. I've seen him for the last 3 years and have never had an issue. I have 3 little kids and he had recommended that I bring them in instead of a pediatric dentist. I brought my boys in today and my oldest typically has trouble with these types of situations. Well after the cleaning was done (my son had a lot of tears at this point but was not screaming), Dr. Conrad came in. He did not preface what he was doing before he did it. My son started to lose it. The women working there were awesome very helpful, also the dentist came in told me what needed to be done, took his time which I liked. I would recommend Perfect Teeth to anyone looking for a dentist
