5!! everyone was super friendly & considerate!!
5 stars! I had a great first visit. Everyone was very kind and professional. I was impressed with their standard of care and fair pricing. I also really appreciated how understanding everyone was of my anxiety. I am disabled due to this anxiety and they did a beautiful job accommodating my disability.
If you want wonderful care and to be treated like family, this is the office to go to.
The hygienist was must "nicer" to my teeth and gums than 6 months ago. (I complained about her in a survey last time because I do receive compliments on a beautiful smile, because I have great teeth, and yet she brought me to tears from causing such pain!) This time it was more pleasant. But I'm writing because the electric toothbrush at the end didn't work properly. Perhaps it was the air compressor or what, but it was either off or super fast. My experience at this office location has always been a pleasant one. I greatly appreciate Dr. Ousley for her all-around good nature and expertise. I would rate this location as being a 4.5 star location. I would give 5 stars, but there is always room for improvement, no matter how excellent the service and business.
Dentist is very caring and gentle.
