From the moment we scheduled our first appointment Crystal lthe office manager was amazing, very friendly, professional and made us feel welcome. Dr Sun did a thorough and I mean through exam. He made some recommendations to me. They took my BP which doesn't happen at my dental office so that was nice.
Our family are Perfect Teeth Patients for 7+ years. We enjoy the staff and always feel welcomed. Sam at the front always has a smile and is very professional, DA Whitney and Dr White were professional and kept me informed of the procedure.
My experience at Perfect Teeth was outstanding. I hate going to the dentist, but Perfect Teeth is not your ordinary Dentist. They make you feel welcome and make.sure you are comfortable. I don't have anxiety and i don't panic when i go to the dentist now. I rate this company a 10 for professionalism and Custom Services. I would recommend perfect teeth to anyone.

I was surprised how personable the front staff was to my situation and how quick they were to come up with a solution that pleased me as the customer. In my opinion customer service is priceless, and I received that at my appointment.
I understand it is necessary for the Dr. to finish with a patient before going on to the next and I was thoroughly satisfied with time spent with me explaining all the work needed. My only problem was due to the wait for the previous patient's needs to be met, I was thrown off my schedule and was late for another engagement.
