Perfect Stride is the best physical therapy office in NYC. If you want to recover fast, this is the place to go. One of the best thing of it are its one-on-one sessions with the therapist. Their staff is very knowledgeable and professional. They are very easy to get in contact for any questions or making appointments. Joseph Lavacca is a splendid therapist. Perfect Stride was the best PT place I could have asked for when dealing with my first major sprain. I got great coaching and advice from the knowledgeable therapists on how to work on regaining strength in my ankle and my therapy was nothing short of excellent.
