RecommendedI’ve been here twice - 2 years ago for a sprained ankle and currently for a dislocated shoulder. They got me from barely walking to ready for a Spartan Beast and now working from sling to swimming butterfly again. Lots of personal attention, up front about costs, deals with my insurance, and shifted to tele health in order to continue my care during coronavirus.
These guys are great. I worked with Vikash and was able to make strides in my mobility and movement issues in just a few visits. They are well versed in whatever you are looking for and have an amazing office right in Union Square. Wether you are a teenager or a senior, they are well equipped to help however you need.
I went to Perfect Stride (recommended by a PT friend) for about 5 months when I injured my lower back. My PT was Tyler, and OMG he's THE BEST. He worked with me to increase mobility/range of motion, build up strength, and get back to normal. I have a much better understanding of how to prevent future injuries and what to do if I do get injured again. Everyone at Perfect Stride is super nice and friendly. Such a great environment. To be honest, I'm kinda sad my injury is better now because I had so much fun working with them!

Perfect Stride is my go-to facility for sports PT and rehabilitation. I know several of the physical therapists there, though I most often see Joe L. They're incredibly thoughtful and accommodating — important for scheduling! — and followup is always superb (having your PT homework emailed to you? incredibly convenient). I have and will continue to recommend them to everyone I know in the NYC area.
