I had a cleaning yesterday and for the most part it was ok. They tend to be a bit condescending and lecturing. I understand that I've not been doing my best with teeth maintenance but I don't need a lecture every time I go, which is part of reason I don't go as often as I do. Fix the problem, let me now how to improve and lets move on, which is what I'm paying for. Also, they could work on their bed side manners especially the main dentist (forgot her name). I am nearing completion of Invisalign treatment and I am happy with the results, my teeth are much easier to keep clean now with less crowding.
I always have a very positive experience at Perfect Smiles of Reston. I have been going there for a few months now and have had a lot of major work performed. I can not say enough good things about this very professional practice. Everyone was nice and helpful. My first impression was WOW. The office was clean updated and was not what I expected at all I was so impressed. Then the head dentist!!!! All I can say is wow… smart and gorgeous. And the prices very fair for what you are getting.

Dr. Darvishian and the staff were very kind and professional and did their best to make a difficult situation better. I hate going to the dentist but this was the best experience I've had.
