I guess they were a bit behind today, but I had to wait 20 minutes after my appointment time before they called me back. Considering I took time from my work day, it’s very inconvenient that the visit took that much longer. I’m sure if I were 20 minutes late, they might cancel my appointment.

Since we are a busy office we do our best to make sure our patients are seated at the time of their appointment. Once the staff runs behind in the back we communicate with our front desk receptionist with a time so those who are waiting are aware of the delay. I will make sure we oversee see this so it does not happen again. Thank you for the understanding.

Goli. Always does a great job. And her chair side manner is reassuring and thoughtful but always professional. I feel calm which helps me relax because I am skittish at the dentist.
