I find all the phone call reminders to be a little much, and I do not like that I need to return the phone call to confirm my appt. That seems like an unnecessary step for the patient. You should only have to call if you are cancelling. Goli is very personable and pleasant. She sets a great example for how hygienists or nurses should treat their patients.
