I want to give my opinion and experience with the dental clinic. I did not have the opportunity to see the dentist on my first appointment, The dentists seem nice and professional, but unfortunately, the staff at this clinic is the most unprofessional and rudest dental staff office I had to deal with. Everyone was so nice and they got my daughter in fast after breaking her two front teeth! She had to get 2 root canals done! The nurse and Dr were both amazing!!! However, the partial filling is HORRIBLE! they look NOTHING like my daughters color teeth! I know it’s temporary but it could have been better! She went to school and kids were laughing and talking about her which is so heartbreaking because they are like a yellowish/gray color and her permanent teeth are really white! And it’s going to take 4-6 weeks for insurance... read more

We will never use Perfect Smiles again. For starters, no one checked the insurance for a waiting period before we started braces and once our portion was paid, we then got collections threats. The insurance had paid, and I had to go around and around with your front-end staff. A handful of your staff have been very hateful and rough with children on many occasions. Our has been in braces for a total of ******************************* sight. The first red flag should have been when your office drilled in her gums for her teet... read more

I was scheduled an appt the same day I called. The office staff and dental assistant were friendly and professional. The Dr thoroughly assessed and helped to alleviate my pain even after I had dental work at another office. Thanks Perfect Smiles!

My family and I have been going to Dr. Freeman for years. He's the best! The staff is very helpful and nice. I feel comfortable here, always!

Take a mortgage on your home if you want work done here. I went there today WITH insurance and they wanted $103.00 to glue a crown back on a tooth. The most simple and basic thing that you would go to a dentist for.

One of the best dentist I have been to !!!! I will be coming here from now on!! Called them at 8:00am to see if they could get me in for a broken crown on my front tooth , (even though i was NOT one of their patients)...,they schedule me for 10:45am. By 1:15 pm i had a new crown on and was ready to go, it was almost totally painless ,and a very comfortable enviroment. I HIGHLY recommend them !!!!!!!!
