I had an appointment to get 2 crowns on 2 back teeth. While the dentist drilled down the teeth she cut the inside of my cheek in multiple spots. Of course my mouth was numb so didn't feel anything at the time. Then the "hygienist" if that's what she really was, was prepping the teeth for the temporary crowns and spilled something on the inside of my lip. When I tell you I have been searching for a dentist I could trust and was compassionate...well I lucked up in every way..from Linda the big personality receptionist,to Dr.Hannah and Dr. Marsha's PROFESSIONALISM and ATTENTION TO DETAIL..I HIT THE JACKPOT....I think the vibe is so awesome because its an all lady staff who actually listened to me...and they accept all types of insurance...I was more than pleased..and we accomplished alot in 2 visits...THANK YOU LADIES
I specifically chose this place for a women dentist , and I’m SO glad I did the entire staff is so kind , and understanding. I went into this with a ton of cavities and a horrible past with dentists , I came out after 4 appointments ,all cavities GONE , and no more anxiety over dentists , if you have dentals anxiety, COME HERE !!!! Dr. Hannah is AMAZING!!
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My appointments were constantly canceled, and when I did manage to go, the staff was rude. I’ve also called several times on different days just to make an appointment for someone else, and no one ever answers the phone. Completely unprofessional — this place really shouldn’t even be in business. Definitely would NOT recommend.
