Dr Chou and the assistants were amazing! They made sure I was comfortable during my long procedure, even provided me with a blanket. Shannon at the front desk was informative and knowledgeable! When I had questions about my insurance benefits, she was able to answer them all and provide me with an estimate of my out-of-pocket cost. Super happy I found Perfect Smile Dental Care! I don’t often look forward to dental visits, but I can’t wait to go back!
I had a terrible experience at my previous dentist, and I really wish I had come to this office sooner. It's so organized, and they take the time to explain every detail, which means a lot to me. Dr. Toy is not only friendly but also thorough in explaining everything. The entire staff is incredibly welcoming as well. Overall, I'm very impressed!
Clean and tidy dental clinic. I took my mother there today. Dr. Chou speaks Chinese and carefully told us about my mother's current dental condition. The nurse was also very patient. Because my English is not very good. Dr. Chou also went to the front desk to help us communicate with the front desk staff. Because dentists are very busy. Thank you Dr. Chou. I love this dental office. Friendly staff. Everyone is very helpful. They take time to take care of their patients and they do a great job! I wouldn’t recommend any other office than this one on first street. Ken you the man and your staff is great!!!! I will be bringing my entire family to this location as long as I can. Thank you
