I had an amazing experience at this dental office! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and truly made me feel comfortable. Dr. Le was awesome, great bedside manner and took the time to clearly explain each step of my treatment in a way I could easily understand. I also appreciate that they genuinely care about their patients and are not just out to make money. Highly recommend!
I have been a patient here for several years without issue, but I had an unexpected dental emergency today (chipped tooth). I walked in and was able to be scheduled and seen in an hour, and Dr. Allen Le took very good care of me with a new filling, and taking the time to review and listen to my concerns. I am very grateful for the wonderful customer service and quality care of my experience today, I will continue coming here for my dental work in the future. Thank you!
Everyone was so kind and welcoming. I feel really safe and comfortable. I had gone early because I was in so much pain. I never caught the lady at the front desk name, but she’s very accommodating and saw how much pain I was in and offered numbing agent to help me out.Honestly the best experience I’ve had at the dentist I was in a lot of distress And they really did their best to comfort me. I've had many different dentists and I can't recommend Dr. Le enough. He is a total professional with a kind attitude. The filling I received was probably the most painless one. He was very careful with the anesthetic injections! There was also practically no misalignment in my bite afterwards, and irritation was gone only after a few days. Thank you so much!
Do yourself (and your bank account) a favor by avoiding this place at all costs. I highly suggest doing adequate research if you're thinking about becoming a patient here, and to take all their 5 star reviews without any further comment or explanation on Yelp/Google with a grain of salt. I had been going to the same dentist for 15+ years, and unfortunately had to switch dentists when I got a new job, as they did not accept my new employer's insurance.
