The cleaners are usually solid, but when I had to change my services, the administrative staff was really odd. I was told that they had come and cleaned my home, and it was a 2 br. condo. I have a 4 bedroom home. They went and cleaned another person's house! I could imagine the confusion of that person to come home to a cleaned home on an unscheduled timeframe. I just tried to re-start my cleanings and they told me again that I was already on the schedule, and i'm assuming that they've associated my phone number w/ the wrong... read more

Never never use this company. I made a bad choice in selecting them to do a deep cleaning of carpets and general cleaning after our tenants moved out. The carpets had streaks of dirt all over especially at the stairs. Response was that dirt had gone in too deep to clean out. A separate company that came to do the upholstery cleaning thought the carpets were not yet cleansed. Even some visitors thought so too. As for the general cleaning, the quality was very low.
