Today I visited the salon to have my kids get their haircuts. One of my children is not yet used to haircuts, so he started crying. Instead of showing patience or professionalism, one of the gay staff loudly shouted “Oh My God” and acted extremely annoyed with my child. This behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Thankfully, one of the female staff stepped in and kindly offered my child a candy, which helped calm him down.
