I highly recommend Perfect Reflection & Joshua Erb (owner) with a 5 star rating. Josh is professional, personable, a good communicator and hard worker. He powerwashed our house and cleaned all the windows (inside & out, including storms) & did an excellent job. Joshua is by far the best windown washer I have ever used. He is coming back in December to clean the gutters.

Had trouble getting someone to schedule my gutter cleaning less than 2 months away and really wanted them cleaned sooner. Called on a Sunday expected to leave a voicemail and talk to them Monday, but someone answered the phone!!! Got it scheduled for the next week. They arrived on the day and did a good job. Highly recommend them!

I bought a house with gutter guards, thinking the gutters would not require cleaning, but soon after moving in, water began to spew from the top of one downspout whenever it rained. Being new to Richmond, I didn't know who to call but finally chose this business because it had six positive reviews. I was not disappointed! Josh E** fixed the problem very promptly and checked all the other downspouts as well. His charge was very reasonable. I am a happy customer and would not hesitate to use this business again.

I just want to share a great experience with other potential customers. I read an online review of Perfect Reflection. The reviews were great and spot on. The important compliments were of Josh O**, the man, which speaks volumes of the company. I reached him by phone. He was courteous, prompt, and delivered his services as agreed. Not only did he provide the service as promised, but cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend him and plan to use his services again in the spring.

Excellent, better than the rest. We first had him clean our windows, streak free, of course. The next year he came back to pressure wash our house then clean our hanging light in the foyer. He is meticulous. NO ONE has ever washed my house this well. Completely satisfied. *** ******

Josh operates a very professional business. He has pressure washed my home for several years. His performance is beyond approach. He recently cleaned my gutters. He is always on time as promised. I would recommend him to anyone who needs pressure washing tasks or gutter cleaning. *********
