This is the response Frank sent me in response to being told I registered a BBB complaint and went on his website registering my complaint. Completely unprofessional and polar opposite of my experience with them in the early 2020s. "I'm blocking your number I want no further communication with you. Do you want to register a complaint about me not wanting to do work for someone as condescending as you? OK then have a good day." Deeply disappointed. They were scheduled a few days ago. He shows up today and says he's on his way to the gym. He looks at the problem, gives me quote, and says they'll be here tomorrow to fix it. I said okay but asked why didn't he come today to fix the problem. He knew the worst case from our phone conversation. He then says he's not going to deal with this and leaves. Frank and his team are absolutely fantastic. Timely, respectful, and always make sure their mess is cleaned up. Frank has been so reliable to my family since I was a kid, I could not recommend his business enough. They replaced the stack to our toilet all the way from the laundry room to the roof and in timely manner may I add. The entire team is great, respectable and great guys.
Could not recommend Perfect Plumbing more. We have used them twice and both times exceeded expectations. Woke up to the nightmare of a water heater leak that had flooded majority of our basement. Frank had his team at our house within the hour and replaced the tank later that day. The guys were extremely knowledgeable & made the process as painless as could be. They’ve found loyal customers!!
They were fast, efficient, and incredibly professional! Highly recommended!
