Flowers were beautiful for my wedding. However, once my deposit was received and I tried touching base SEVERAL times via phone, voicemail, email, text....nothing was responded to. Very frustrating when you are trying to make sure everything is squared away for your wedding. I basically just had to hope things would be as we talked about initially. My wedding was fabulous! Every detail is exactly what we talked about and imagined. Christine took my visions right out my head and made my wedding a fairytale!

horrible customer service. office is not located where the actual address is. took forever for someone to return a call.
