Troy has a lot of personal trainers that will work hard for your business, but I believe that none are as researched and focused as Val Fiott from PPTraining. He has worked tirelessly with me on my nutrition and hascreated a system for me that works very well.

It s hard to find such an honest and moral personal trainer in a town like Royal Oak. There are a lot of young trainers here who want to create a beach body for you, even if that s not your intent. Perfect Personal Training has truly helped me increase my strength, flexibility and endurance levels with a program specifically designed with my personal goals in mind. I m really enjoying my training. I m grateful to Perfect Personal Training.
PPT is an incredible company. I am very satisfied with their services. Both the trainer and the account manager have brilliant solutions for me. They ve even come to my workplace for speaking seminars and to lend advice to my co-workers. And the wonderful thing is their fee is smaller than gym s fees as well as they come right to my home. Highly Recommended.
