PPT are the best trainers in Troy, easily. I tried two other trainers at local gyms but I did not get the kind of care and attention that I get with PPT. Their customer service is phenomenal and so are the wellness coaches, from what I have experienced.
My friend and I wanted buddy sessions together to save money and motivate each other. With PPT, we are only paying \$35 each and we get a quality trainer who is easily worth \$100 per person. We are getting great results.
Rochester is full of personal trainers, but I am convinced that I have the absolute best one with Perfect Personal Training. Truly caring and helpful in every way, I am getting highly personalized and well-crafted exercise and nutrition sessions.
