Being a senior citizen doesnt have to mean slowing down. I realize this now. Perfect Personal Training and Christine Waclawski are amazing workers in the field of wellness. I thank them incredibly for all of their knowledge and care.
My wife and I decided to join together for hourlong sessions. We didnt think that we were unhealthy, but after having our initial wellness checks with PPT, we realized that we were sitting ducks for heart disease and joint problems. It is incredible to learn as much as we have in this short amount of time.
