Years ago, I took my girls (then Maizy and Cricket) to petsmart for grooming. They literally came back, FOUR HOURS LATER, shaking and shi**ing from fear. Then I found Lori. Although they aren't terribly excited to get groomed (Whaaaaaat? Clean?? Yuck!), it's like I take them to a mini daycare with a spa. She loves what she does. Does it well and with pride. She feels like family. And treats my girls (now Cricket and Poppy, RIP Maize) just like they were her own
