Every once in awhile a real gem comes along. Oscar is that gem in my eyes! We had remodeling that we did and had a stucco guy that had come over to look a couple of times and then never would show up. My wife went to lunch with a bunch of Neighbors and they all said oh no, don't use him once you pay him he never comes back. Several recommended using Oscar instead and gave her his number. I am so impressed with this company. I had a damaged block wall and Oscar responded to fix the problem. He communicated with me throughout the process keep in up to date of the status of the repair project. His quality and attention to detail was excellent. I would recommend Oscar and Perfect Patch.
When they first came out I was very impressed, he seemed professional and knowledgeable. A couple of weeks after getting the quote I called to get the repairs done and I can’t get ahold of him, I’ve called/texted and nothing.
Oscar came out to my home to fix an issue when my neighbor back up into the side of the garage. Came out and day later done! Cant even tell! Well the I had him go through the house top to bottom, yep ya got it Done! Thanks Oscar!
After getting several bids from different roofing companies, Perfect Patch (Oscar) gave a very fair price and explanation of what needed to be done. After talking we scheduled a day for him to come and do the job. They showed up after they had been working a long day and stayed until the job was finished.
