I got the zen builder gel and there were bubbles after curing. I also didnt like the color when it was put on the first nail and was told I couldn't change it cause it was already cured. My real nail on two fingers actually turned yellow after this manicure. I went to a different salon and they were shocked at how bad the quality was and they had to clip all my nails short because of the the yellowing.

I came in as a walk in for a single nail repair and a fill after breaking a nail. During my fill, I was constantly asking the nail tech to fix the shape and length of multiple nails because they were all visibly different, crooked, etc. Less than a week later I’m back at my regular nail salon getting them redone because the polish was bubbling, the top coat was peeling, and the nails were still not all the same shape… come to find out the gel polish was never fully cured. Absolutely no respect for people’s time. I made an appointment 24 hours in advance. Waited 15 minutes after my appointment to get acknowledged, to be told I have to continue to wait. I gave them mutiple tried for better service before leaving this review. Will never go again.

I had my appointment w/Kylee I really enjoyed her professionalism and her willingness to go off of the photo I brought in for what I wanted!!! She did an amazing job I will definitely recommend her to my friends and family!!! Thanks Kylee

Came to Perfect Nails after Royal Nails by Carrs left me with the worst pedicure I’ve seen, and the manager was creepy and made me feel so uncomfortable. Royal nails saved my feet!
