It had been about five years since my last pedicure, and Long made the experience absolutely wonderful. He was kind, professional, and incredibly gentle, easily one of the most comfortable pedicures I’ve ever had. Even though my friend and I walked in without an appointment, they went out of their way to accommodate us together. They even rearranged their outlets so my friend could charge her phone, which was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, I had a really great experience and was very impressed. I’ll definitely be back!

I had a great experience at Perfect Nails and Spa! I got a gel pedicure and was really impressed with the service. They were attentive the whole time and made sure everything was done carefully and professionally. We were able to get in last minute, which was a huge plus, and they still took their time to do a high-quality job. Extremely disappointing and concerning experience. I watched the same nail file being used on multiple clients without being sanitized or replaced, which is completely unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint. Pricing was also misleading. I was charged an extra $20 for gel polish that was never disclosed beforehand. My child’s manicure cost $51 and lasted less than 15 minutes, and the polish was left on her skin and not even cleaned up professionally. My other daughter’s acrylic set was also done very poorly. I wasn’t going to write a review but the more I thought about it and the fact that I ended up having to fix my toes really frustrated me! This is the first time I stepped into a salon in years. (I am currently pregnant and it’s been difficult to do my own pedicure) The people at this shop were very nice and it seemed okay based on the reviews. But I paid 100$ for a service that felt sloppy.
