My girls and I went for the first time today, and never, ever again. They used the same nail files and scissors on us that were clearly not sanitized. The salon itself is dirty. The music and videos playing on the tv were so inappropriate for anyone to watch. The male technician was so rude to my daughter. We were charged extra for French tips for the gel, which was never disclosed. The owner said oh, it’s on the menu! When asked what menu she hands me one. The lady who did my nails was very professional and took her time and did an awesome job :) They turned out super cute and I love them
Finally treated myself to a long overdue pedicure — it had been a full year, and my nails were in rough shape. The team at Perfect Nails & Spa worked their magic and brought them completely back to life. Left feeling like myself again. Great experience, will definitely be back.
It had been about five years since my last pedicure, and Long made the experience absolutely wonderful. He was kind, professional, and incredibly gentle, easily one of the most comfortable pedicures I’ve ever had. Even though my friend and I walked in without an appointment, they went out of their way to accommodate us together. They even rearranged their outlets so my friend could charge her phone, which was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, I had a really great experience and was very impressed. I’ll definitely be back!
