I was dissatisfied by the way I was poorly treated. Unaware of the sudden price change, I had to alter my services to accommodate the cash I had in my possession. leaving me with no extra to tip as I usually do. After coming into this knowledge, the person attending to me became very nasty towards and provided a sloppy service- services I paid in full for.
I came to this salon on Sunday and had a really frustrating experience. The woman who did my nails did a poor job, and even though I asked her multiple times to fix them, she didn’t understand me and had to keep calling another employee over to translate. My nails still came out looking sloppy. On top of that, I asked for a simple clean-up on my eyebrows, but she completely reshaped them however she wanted.
