I had to update my rating after a terrible experience. I’ve been a client here since moving to LA, but their service has rapidly gone downhill. The previous receptionist was kind, but the new one was extremely rude. I called ahead to say I’d be late, and they said it was fine. However, from the moment I arrived, I was met with attitude. I’m obseeeessed with my new nails! After moving from Russia it was pretty hard to find a good place where I can get my nails done but this is the one!! Can’t wait for my next appointment
