They NEVER have time it’s always 2 and 3 people waiting and these days who has time to wait every time I go in their it’s the same thing I made an appt once that doesn’t help either

Thank you for coming to the shop. If I recall correctly you came to the shop at closing time and wanted a new set. Usually a new set takes us about 45 mins or an hour. Even if you make an appointment you still need to wait because we are finishing up a service. We cannot turn away work just because we have an appointment. Please remember it is first come first serve and we do our best to serve everyone. Thank you for your comment
Great Place
Perfect Nails is the only place I go for pedicures. They do a great job. Friendly, pleasant experience and their massage chairs are great! $20 For a spa pedicure-really can’t be beat! �
I came here several months ago and had a bad experience. I decided to try it again since it is close to where I live. I've been several times in the past few months for gel nails. It was nothing great but o.k. I have told them on numerous occasions that they were hurting me when they used the drill/grinder. I had my nails done on Monday, February 5th. and left with two cuticles bleeding. I will not be returning.
Took my girlfriend there for her birthday. She is wheelchair bound. They treated her so special and sweet. It was wonderful. I like to add that it has been nearly 10 years since her last pedicure. In my book...there is no other place in Redding CA to get your nails done. I would like to add...my twin and I got a pedicure also and love it also.... THANKS Perfect Nails for making my friend birthday so wonderful.
I would give them zero if i could. Asked for one thing got something complete different. Refused to fix them and charged me full price. Never going back.

Second, the person doing your nails explained to you before the service started that your nails would not look exactly like the picture because the nails in the picture was done with powder (acrylic/fake nails) and you wanted this design with gel color on your real nails.
