I’ve had a terrible experience at this establishment. I was denied services by the man in this pic because my original nail tech was not here due to her being on vacation. I asked him did my nail tech tell him to deny services for me if she’s not in and he told me no. He was very rude and unprofessional and to make matters worse gunshots ringed out from out of no where. I’m very disappointed in perfect nails and I won’t be coming back for services at all. My new/old nail tech will be Nancy. She’s very friendly and welcoming.

I went here to get my nails, toes, lashes, and eyebrows done because I was going out of town and needed everything done last minute. I should have trusted my first instinct because this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The pedicure was unacceptable. I had to keep explaining what I wanted, the technician barely worked on my feet, and instead of listening to me as the paying customer, he did what he wanted. Since Natalie left the salon is horrible I was just charged with gratuity already included! I don’t mind tipping, but if your work is nasty I shouldn’t have to! Never going back!
