My daughters hair was butchered and mine was made fun of. Poor customer service, i left feeling self conscious, not beautiful. 30 bucks for a simple hair trim even though I didn't get "the included hair wash" due to skin issues. Should lower the cost if people opt out of the hair wash as the stylists are providing less service and not using product.
My Daughter had her appointment for a haircut at 3pm today and was rushed during her visit because the girl cutting her hair Fatima had another appointment Scheduled right after at 3:30pm. That’s 30 minutes apart, My daughter left with her hair all wet she left like a “wet dog”, usually during her visits she get her hair blow dried and styled but since Fatima was rushing and not focusing on my daughter she also didn’t give her the haircut she asked for. Do better!
