Terrible product, above all the customer service are incredibly rude.
I have purchased this hair before and had no problem with the quality. I made another purchase of bundle hair for micro braids in December but I didn’t do my install until March worst mistake ever. I advise anyone who purchase this hair to test it before the 14 day return run out. When I had this hair installed in March I Immediately had tangling and I just figured the braid shop did not comb it out.
