The staff was wonderful. After making an appointment online, the staff attended to me relatively quickly. I was being seen for a URI. The prescription was called over to my pharmacy quickly and accurately. My only issue is with the billing. I went online and paid half of my bill, intending to pay the other half the following month. Came here tonight and the doctor had the worst attitude ever. She was rude and very snippy.
Do not come in the evening, long wait unable to tell me how long, was in the waiting room for over an hour , then someone goes before me who did not even wait for 5 minutes. We are then placed in a room and no one knows we are in this room. Waste of my time, however if you go in the morning much different due to staff and maybe the provider but I cannot say since I have been here for 2 1/2 hrs and we have seen no one. Update 3 hrs later we are seen as the last patient and the female provider was very slow
I was having an asthma attack and had no inhaler. They saw me promptly and gave me a breathing treatment as well as a prescription for an inhaler and an antibiotic too just in case….I highly recommend this Urgent Care.
