My family has seen Dr. Hoepner at Perfect Focus Eyecare for several years. She has always been very professional, friendly and competent. Her office staff is efficient. They go out of their way to make sure all 3 of my kids can have their appointments together. When my youngest suddenly developed an eye infection and I was panicked because her eye was oozing and swelling shut, they got her in immediately and prescribed the medication needed to clear up the infection. I've always been very happy with Dr. Hoepner.
My wife was just diagnosed with an ulcer in her eye. She tried to call a week previously, and when she told them her eye was in pain and watering constantly, she was told that she couldn't be seen for days. She ended up going to urgent care where she was given antibiotic drops and percoset so that she would be able to sleep through the pain.
