Donald Grove and the company he runs called Perfect Fit Rentals is a total fraud operation run by him. He never handled any management issues and took the deposit that was owed to the tenant. One would not expect someone who is ex-military to hold such a terrible reputation. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Beware!

This company refused to return my rental deposit at the end of my lease. They stopped responding to email/phone as soon as I returned the keys. I have since contacted the owner of the property I rented, he told me he was also very unhappy with this company. I've filed a complaint with the Georgia Real Estate Commission. I strongly encourage renters and property owners to NOT get involved with this company.

Edited - Do not use this company. Second appointment that I scheduled also had a no show property manager. They will not return my phone calls or emails. 6.19.19 - Not a good first impression. Scheduled an appointment online to view a property, received a confirmation via text and email the day prior, and 15 minutes into the appointment, still no property manager. No one has reached out to explain the confusion and/or scheduling conflict. I've left voicemails and sent emails to the company but have not received any response.

They incorrectly list their properties on rental apps. This is a very simple task so they are either negligent or willfully lying. Either way, based on other reviews here, I'd avoidthese people at all costs.
