Perfect Exteriors did an incredible job on accessing storm damage and replacing my roof. Knute handled all the details and was extremely diligent and professional in follow-through with my insurance company. The installation crew was awesome, as well as the post-installation inspection by Chris. Highly recommend and so happy with the final result.
Well, Perfect Exteriors pretty much says it all. My first contact after I set up an estimate was Knute, a young man who came out to give me an estimate on my siding, and a front door. He shows up on time, friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. We go over the project, and he figured out a price, we agreed and I was given an estimated time frame. Working with Derek and Perfect Exteriors to get our roof replaced was an easy process. StateFarm had originally indicated there was damage to the vents and valleys, they wanted us to replace only those items and 're-use' the original 20 year old shingles... Yeah, one does not take off 20 year old shingles in one piece. Derek worked with an appraiser to review the roof damage with a state farm appraiser to get the whole roof replaced. I had a great experience with Perfect Exteriors. Greg A was super nice and helped work with my insurance company to get my roof covered. The project day was a good experience. They did a good job with clean up. There were two minor issues that came up after the roof was done that they promptly came out and addressed.
