It would be easier to fly to the moon than get this company to respond. It took nearly a year and the threat of a lawsuit to get them to respond to two micro-inverters which weren't working. Supposedly they are fixed, however, since i can't get the company to update my website monitoring, there is no way to tell whether they are operating or not. This has been going on for one year straight. Even the construction company that Perfect hired for my installation says they can't reach the company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Perfect Energy was awesome! They installed on my home. My family has been able to use our A.C. and space heaters as much as we could ever want. Sometimes we have the A.C. and the heat on at the same time. From signing docs to power turn on was less than four weeks!! James was great salesman and the price he gave beat Solar City, Peterson Dean, etc. I talked with reps from 8-10 other companies and Perfect Energy had the best price with excellent customer service!
