I scheduled an appointment for 9-10am arrival. I took the day off from work to be here. When no one arrived by 10, I called the office and was told that the tech had an emergency and was not coming until the next day. This schedule change was done without notice that would have allowed me to change my day off from work and without even a courtesy call that could have easily been made when the emergency call came in. I found a different electrician.
