I was having my ductless units serviced and maintained/ cleaned. The initial visit to evaluate the work necessary and provide an accurate estimate was not exactly the best experience. The initial rep Should have noticed that power washing, The unit was necessary due to mold that was found once the work was being done. However, the person that came to do the work was very capable and friendly as well as very efficient and knowledgeable. I was overall pleased with the job.
