During the unbearable heat of Summer 2024 our HVAC system went kaput, dead, done, finito. A replacement of the entire system was in order, and this replacement came with a lot of angst. Perfect Efficiency installed a ductless system at my business, The Figure Studio back in 2018. They did a walk through, explained the best system for my space, and installed in ample time for the grand opening. During Covid, I called on PE to help me upgrade to my ductless system to MERV-13 standards which were required by NYC. They explained how the I-wave would work on my system, installed it, cleaned the filters, and signed off on the paperwork for city inspection.
