Let me make this perfectly clear, my teeth have been in "damage control" for many years. I can not say enough about how fantastic the staff at Perfect Dental have been. Dr. Cunniningham is quite simply the very best dentist I have ever been treated by in my sixty-two years. She doesn't preach, she doesn't scold and she treats her patients with the utmost respect. check in was a breeze. the front of the house was helpful and knowledgeable. the back end of the house was equally friendly, assuring, helpful and skilled. i have and will recommend this location to friends and family. we are fortunate to have this quality facility in hyde park.
The hygienist arrived late. After handling my teeth roughly during the x Ray, I was left to wait 40 minutes on the dentist. I then found the hygienist and asked why I was left to wait so long. She responded that I was third in line. When I told her that was not okay to leave a customer waiting, she said I could leave. So I did. Worst experience ever.
