worst hair salon ever. i asked for balayage and received a circle of blonde around my hair. i even showed a reference photo and they did the complete opposite of what i asked for. if you can't do something then don't say you can, only for it to look horrible. what a waste of money.
I came here a couple days ago and got my eyebrows and upper lip waxed. After a couple hours it was obvious that I got burned. I am in immense pain and would not recommend this salon. Please contact me to sort this as this may cause scarring, will be putting in a formal complaint if this isn’t sorted. Please be careful when going to this salon as this was a very bad experience after. I have a burn on my upper lip and my eyebrows.
